Lottery Draws
Near

In an effort to encourage participation by Hopkins faculty and staff, local merchants have donated goods and services ranging from dinner for two to an overnight stay in a Baltimore hotel. All the prizes are provided free of charge as an in-kind contribution to the Hopkins effort.

Anyone who donates $35 or more is eligible to win. The drawing will be held Nov. 6 at 2 p.m. All pledge forms returned before that time will be included in the drawing, which typically awards 20 or so separate prizes.

Staff and volunteers provide caring, confidential answers to personal questions with the aid of an automated resource file. Last year, the hotline fielded 55,000 calls.
