Davisson Appointed in Planned Giving at HopkinsBernard J. Davisson II, previously associate vice president for development at Hood College in Frederick, Md., and director of planned giving there for five years, has been appointed planned giving advisor at The Johns Hopkins Institutions.He will be responsible for advising alumni and friends of Hopkins who wish to include the institutions in their estate planning or to make other planned gifts. Davisson received his bachelor's degree in sociology from Frostburg State University in 1981 and a master's degree in education from The Ohio State University in 1983. A resident of Frederick, he serves on the board of directors of the Fredericktowne Rotary Club and the Frostburg State University Foundation.
