Registration Begins Saturday, Sept. 18 Registration for fall semester adult education courses offered by the Baltimore Free University will be held during two "meet the instructors" brunches from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 18, and Sunday, Sept. 19, on the university's Homewood campus, 3400 N. The Baltimore Free University features a wide array of personal enrichment, social issues and practical trade courses for a nominal registration fee of $10 per course. Nineteen courses will be offered this fall, including a history of the modern Olympics, pulse biofeedback instruction, an exploration of jazz, courses on socialism and the environment, public speaking guidance, debt management and a real estate session. The number of class sessions varies from one-time workshops to courses that meet once a week for several weeks. Classes begin in early October and end in mid-December; actual start and end dates vary by course. The registration sessions will be held in Levering Hall's Little Theatre.
