Netpreneur Program Provides Tips for Digital Age Entrepreneurs

What: An informal networking and information discussion, the Potomac KnowledgeWay Netpreneur Program's Coffee & DoughNets sessions are for netpreneurs, entrepreneurs who create products and services that are for or delivered over digital networks. The sessions give netpreneurs and aspiring netpreneurs the chance to exchange ideas and experiences about being a digital age entrepreneur. This is the first time a Coffee & DoughNets session is taking place in the Baltimore area.
When: Thursday, June 11, 1998
6 p.m. Registration
7 to 9 p.m. Program
Where: The Johns Hopkins University
Glass Pavilion (Office of Student Activities)
34th and Charles Streets
Baltimore, MD 21218
(Parking is free after 5 p.m.)
Cost: The event is free but limited to approximately 200 with first available seating given to netpreneurs and aspiring netpreneurs.
Sponsor: The Abell Fund
Program: Mario Morino, chairman of the Morino Institute, which produces the Netpreneur Program, will share his insights on what possesses individuals to become netpreneurs, the vanguard of the new "networked society." After Morino discusses how the Netpreneur Program is making a difference in helping individuals succeed in the communications age, he will open the floor for a lively question and answer period.
