CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO PRE-COLLEGE! We are excited to welcome you to campus for your Discover Hopkins Program.
We know you have worked hard to get to Hopkins, and we look forward to welcoming you to campus in a few weeks. We invite you to click on the Campus Info tab above for information on our campus, housing/dining, what to bring, and other general information.

SHUTTLE SERVICE: If you are flying in/out of BWI, please sign up for our free shuttle.
REQUIRED FORMS: There are serveral forms that we need you and your parents to complete prior to arrival. You may log into your account to upload your forms online.
REQUIRED MEDICAL INSURANCE: Students are required to have medical insurance during their stay on campus. The University does not provide insurance to summer students and does not endorse any particular insurance provider. International students may opt to purchase travelers insurance or students may use the following as a resource: Health Insurance Companies.
Students must provide a copy of their insurance card prior to or on Orientation Day.
Will be posted one week prior to the start of the session. Please refer to the campus map to locate your class building.
BOOKS: Professors have identified the books students will need and they are available for purchase at the Hopkins Barnes and Noble Bookstore, located at the corner of St. Paul and 33rd Streets. Click here to purchase your books in advance and pick them up at the bookstore upon arrival. You will need your course number to determine the required books.
IMPORTANT DEPARTURE INFO (Session III ONLY): The Discover Hopkins Session III Residential Program concludes at noon on August 1, 2015. It is not possible for anyone to stay beyond noon on Saturday, August 1, 2015 as the university's dormitories will close and the residential staff leave that day. Students who are underage are not able to check in to area hotels, so please be sure that you make flight arrangements to leave Baltimore on or before August 1, 2015 to return home.
