Need-based partial tuition grants are available for pre-college students. Please note: Financial aid is very limited.
If you wish to be considered for financial aid, download and complete the 2014 Financial Aid Application.
A copy of your and your parents’ 2012 federal tax return (2013 if available) and your completed application materials must be mailed to us, and postmarked by March 15 . We cannot consider incomplete or late financial aid applications.
Discover Hopkins financial aid students, only: As a Discover Hopkins applicant, you must pay 50% of the total cost of tuition in order to reserve your space in the program. Upon receiving your financial aid decision, you will be given a deadline to send your signed financial aid voucher (if financial aid is granted) along with any remaining tuition balance, if applicable.
Summer University financial aid students, only: As a Summer University applicant, you may wait until you receive your financial aid decision to send your payment. Upon receiving your financial aid decision, you will be given a deadline to send your signed financial aid voucher (if financial aid is granted) and total payment.
Johns Hopkins full-time employees:
For Pre-College Programs (Summer University and Discover Hopkins), employees may use tuition remission. Tuition remission covers 50% of tuition only. Employees of Johns Hopkins, please visit the Benefits website for more information on financial assistance for dependent children.
