Tuition and Fees

 

RESIDENTIAL STUDENTS:

2016 SUMMER UNIVERSITY RESIDENTIAL STUDENTS (2017 TBD)

Summer University Residential students pay $9,335 for two courses up to six credits, room and board. The fee for a student enrolled for seven credits is $10,170. Both fees include activities but do not cover the cost for books and supplies. Residential students are required to maintain a two-course load.

2016 SUMMER UNIVERSITY MINI-TERM RESIDENTIAL STUDENTS (2017 TBD)

Summer University Residential Mini-Term students pay $3,500 for two courses up to 2 credits, room and board. Fees include activities but do not cover the cost for books and supplies. Residential students are required to maintain a two-course load.

2016 DISCOVER HOPKINS PROGRAMS RESIDENTIAL STUDENTS (2017 TBD)

Residential Tuition is $2,700 per each Session I, II or III. This includes your course, room and board, academic field trips, course activities, and residential activities fee. It does not cover the cost of books or supplies.

COMMUTER STUDENTS (ALL CAMPUS LOCATIONS: Baltimore, Montgomery County, Washington, DC):

2016 SUMMER UNIVERSITY COMMUTER STUDENTS (2017 TBD)

Tuition is $835 per credit. Tuition listed for laboratory courses includes laboratory fees. Costs for books and supplies, meals, and special activities are not included in the price of tuition.

Commuter Tuition is $1,500 per each Session I, II or III. This includes your course, academic field trips, lunch and course activities fees, but does not cover the cost of books or supplies.

JOHNS HOPKINS FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES

For Pre-College Programs (Summer University and Discover Hopkins), employees may use tuition remission. Tuition remission covers 50% of tuition only. Employees of Johns Hopkins, please visit the Benefits website for more information on financial assistance for dependent children.
