If the university cancels a course and no alternate choice was indicated, a full tuition refund is granted. No refunds are granted for travel expenses, room, board, and program fees.

Students who are dismissed or suspended are not granted refunds. No refunds are granted for travel expenses, room, board, and program fees.

- Full refund less deposit until May 23rd..
- Full program cost owed after May 24th.

To cancel your participation after completing registration, please complete the Refund Appeal Request form and email it to us at @ jhu.edu , or fax us your notification to 410.516.5585 by the deadlines published above. Please note that we are unable to issue a refund on or after May 2nd.

If a course is dropped and no alternate program is desired, a full tuition refund is granted. No refunds are granted for travel expenses and fees.
