The Career Center offers services for all alumni of full-time Engineering and Arts & Sciences programs, with additional services available to recent alumni. Whether you are transitioning in your career, searching for your next opportunity, or looking for a new job after relocating, we can help you.   • Career Counseling: Alumni of that have graduated in the last five years, may schedule individual appointments. We have a dedicated career counselor serving alumni in our office, Julie Elliot. If you would like to set up a career counseling appointment with Julie, email her at Jellio21@jhu.edu. Julie works various hours and can accomodate alumni based on their respective geographic locations via phone or Skype appointments.
  • J-Connect, JHU Job and Internship Board: Browse the listings for entry-level and experienced jobs. Register now.
  • Alumni Networking on LinkedIn: Join the Johns Hopkins University Alumni group on LinkedIn and participate in the Career Networking Subgroups.
  • Career Fairs/Campus Events: Alumni are welcome to attend any career fair, workshop or industry panel sponsored by the Career Center.
  • Drop In Hours at the Career Center: Alumni who have graduated within the last five years are eligible to use our Drop in Hours. Drop in Hours get your quick career questions answered in 15-minute sessions on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • On-Campus Recruiting: Alumni who have graduated within the past two academic years may also participate in the 2010-2011 On-Campus Recruiting Program.

Hire Hopkins Students:

  • Send existing internship and full-time opportunities at your organization to the Recruiting Team at the Career Center.
  • Provide the Recruiting Team with contact information for the human resources representative at your organization. When establishing relationships with organizations, it is important to have alumni who advocate for Hopkins students.
  • Speak with students about your career, industry, and give them advice before applying/interviewing for jobs and internships.
  • Volunteer to represent your organization/field at one of our on-campus networking events and career fairs.

Connect With Hopkins:

  • Join professional networking groups sponsored by Johns Hopkins in LinkedIn. Links to specific career networking groups can be found as subgroups of the Johns Hopkins University Alumni group.
  • Conduct mock interviews with students (either in-person or over the phone) the the Career Center's mock interview program.
  • Share your career experience with students through an alumni profile to be posted ont he Career Center's website. Fill out a suvery about your career path and experiences.
