Time is getting short to return your United Way pledge to be entered in the prize-packed lottery drawing.

Lunch at Da Mimmo, a financial consultation with Fidelity Investments, tickets to the Baltimore Opera, an overnight getaway at the Marriott Hunt Valley--any of these or another of dozens of prizes could be yours if your pledge or contribution of $35 or more is in the right spot at the right time. It must arrive by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 7, at the location on your pre-addressed JHU or JHM campaign pledge envelope, or at the office of the JHU United Way Administrator, Evergreen House, 3rd floor, 4545 N. Charles St.

The drawing will take place at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 9, during the Flea Market in Homewood's Glass Pavilion. You don't have to be there to win, but why would you miss it? All proceeds benefit the United Way of Central Maryland.
