Employees Can Now Test-Drive HopkinsOne Software

Training in the new business processes and software being installed by the HopkinsOne project will begin next April. But anyone who wants a preview of the new software, called SAP, doesn't need to wait. Right now, an SAP navigation course is available via the training tab on the HopkinsOne Web page at www.jhu.edu/hopkinsone.

By completing the navigation course, users can increase their comfort levels and familiarity with the software, helping to pave the way for future training. The course introduces SAP terms, functional structure, and applications screens and navigation. The average time to complete the course is two to three hours, and it can be taken in a single visit or multiple sessions.

This particular course, which can be taken on both PCs and Macintosh computers, will be available only until Dec. 31, so anyone who wants to take it needs to complete the course before that date. There is no charge involved, and participants can print out a certificate upon completion of the course. To learn more, contact Debi Artist at 410-735-7543.
