CTE Summer Courses

For the first time, the Center for Training and Education's Management and Staff Development Program is offering summer courses. Workshop sessions will include courses from its communication, writing, coping, management/supervision and administration tracks, as well as a new course series, Human Relations 101. Summer sessions start mid-May and run through July.

Summer Fun Discounts

The Office of Faculty, Staff and Retiree Programs is offering discounted tickets for faculty, staff, students and retirees to the B & O Railroad Museum, Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, Anheuser-Busch theme parks, Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey and Hopkins Day at Six Flags America. Admission to the B&O Railroad Museum, for example, is $8 instead of $14 for adults; tickets for the zoo are $8.25 instead of $10 for children 2-15 and $12.75 instead of $15 for adults.

BFSA AIDSWalk

Join the Outreach Committee of BFSA for its final event of the year, the HERO AIDSWalk 2006. The walk will take place on Sunday, June 4, at Druid Hill Park.
