A college campus can feel like an isolated island to a
student, especially a freshman new to a city. Realizing
this, and wanting to help forge a sense of
community among students and Baltimore residents, the
JHU Counseling Center and the Office of the Dean of Student
Life earlier this year provided the Class of 2010 with
a means to explore and find out more about their new home:

months, afforded former Vice President Al Gore rock star
status, united and divided scientists worldwide and made
governments at the very least sit up and take notice.
JHM inks alliance with Anne Arundel Health
Johns Hopkins Medicine and Anne Arundel Health System
on March 22 signed an agreement to form an innovative
strategic alliance that brings together a wide range of
experts and clinical programs from both institutions to
provide increased access to quality medical care for
patients in the region.
