The German film 'Scissu,' a dramatic short directed by Tom Bevilogua, tells a chronologically split story about a lonely cop and an addicted couple. It's among the dozens of full-length features and shorts being shown over four days this week as part of the student-run Johns Hopkins Film Fest. See Film/Video.
