President Daniels arrives at Homewood

En route to lunch at Fresh Food Café, Ron Daniels takes his first cross-campus walk as president of The Johns Hopkins University, accompanied by Jerry Schnydman, his executive assistant.

On Monday, March 2, his first official day as Johns Hopkins University president, Ron Daniels stepped onto a snow-blanketed Homewood campus. When he arrived at Garland Hall, home of the President's Office, his new staff was on hand to welcome him — along with a Blue Jay-blue welcome sign and some JHU-inspired good luck fortune cookies.
