Refugee Health Workshop

Volunteers are needed for a refugee health workshop, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Saturday, May 2. Primary needs include translation for Spanish, French, Farsi, Nepali and possibly Burmese or Arabic, child care, food prep, sign-in and future workshop planning.

CPR/AED Training

CPR/AED training is being offered to JHU faculty and staff from 9 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, May 20, on the Homewood campus.

This adult CPR training offers hands-on practice combining lecture, video demonstrations and manikin training. A nonrefundable, pre-payment fee of $20 provides participants with take-away materials designed for use both in the course and outside the classroom as reference tools. Automatic External Defibrillator training for use on a victim of sudden cardiac arrest is also provided.
