Security Alert

     At 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 5, a graduate student walking
south in the 3000 block of St. Paul Street was approached from
behind by a male who displayed a knife and took cash. He fled
east on E. 30th Street. The student was not injured.

     At 10:20 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 15, an undergraduate walking
west in the unit block of E. 30th Street was approached by two
males, one of whom displayed a handgun. The assailants demanded
the student's property. The student fled, uninjured, and no
property was taken.
