It's A Win-Win Finish For 1998 United Way Contributors

Johns Hopkins Gazette Online Edition

A donation to the United Way benefits the community by infusing local health and human service agencies with much-needed dollars. At Hopkins, a United Way donation can also win you a prize. On Nov. 5 winners were selected in a lottery drawing of names of employees who had donated $35 or more to the campaign.

To date, the Johns Hopkins Institutions have raised $1,353,770 toward a combined goal of $1,610,300. Congratulations go to University Academic and Cultural Centers, Johns Hopkins Medical Services, the School of Nursing and Howard County General Hospital for reaching or exceeding their goals. And many thanks to the merchants who donated the prizes to support the university's United Way effort.

Anyone who would like a pledge form should contact Judy Peregoff at 410-516-6060.
