- Wikipedia database dumps: Did you know you can download all of Wikipedia in a single database file? This makes an excellent, clean natural language corpus for various languages. To strip the XML and leave only plain text, I used a script from LinguaTools. BYU Corpora: Brigham Young University produces and maintains an excellent collection of corpus resources.

- Federation of American Scientists: Serious policy analysis from a group staffed by scientists and engineers. Major causes include nuclear proliferation and government secrecy.

- Red Emma’s Bookstore and Cafe: An remarkable achievement, this fully worker-owned-and-operated cafe/bookstore in Baltimore also hosts the Baltimore Free School
