Directions and Parking Information during the NCAA
Lacrosse Quarterfinals and JHU Commencement
Both the NCAA men's lacrosse quarterfinals on May 21 and
commencement activities from May 25 to May 27 will attract
large numbers of visitors to the Homewood campus of The
Johns Hopkins University.
Please be considerate of our neighbors. Park in designated
on-campus parking areas and not on residential streets. A
few reminders:
Driving directions to campus
are available
here. These
directions lead to the university's weekday visitor lot,
but other campus lots will be open to you for the NCAA
lacrosse quarterfinals and for commencement activities. See
the campus parking map
here or follow the instructions of campus security
officers to find available lots.
If you must park in the
community, please only do so in legal spaces. Obey the
posted regulations, both those that are permanently posted
and any temporary restrictions.
Illegally parked vehicles,
including those that block driveways, sidewalks, streets
and access ways may be issued citations by Baltimore police
and, in some cases, may be subject to towing.
Please respect the property
of others.
Please dispose of trash
appropriately.
As we are located in a dense
residential area, with many children, please maintain a
reasonable level of volume and do not use offensive
language. The students, faculty and staff of The Johns
Hopkins University, and our neighbors, are grateful for
your cooperation.
