Callahan Named to Johns Hopkins Real Estate Position

James A. Callahan Jr. has been appointed senior director of leasing and asset management in the Office of Johns Hopkins Real Estate. He was formerly vice president of sales and leasing for Constellation Real Estate Inc., a BGE subsidiary based in Columbia, Md.

Callahan will oversee leasing activities and asset management, as well as acquisitions and dispositions, in the Office of Johns Hopkins Real Estate, which serves both The Johns Hopkins University and The Johns Hopkins Health System.

Callahan has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Before joining Constellation Real Estate, he was director of marketing and leasing for the Creaney and Smith Group of Baltimore. Callahan is a graduate of Washington College of Maryland and lives in Lutherville, Md.
