Johns Hopkins Commencement
For more than 6,000 Johns Hopkins University students, years of hard work, good times, intellectual intensity and personal growth reached their culmination at Commencement 2009. The academic exercises ending the university's 133rd year were held on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at Homewood Field. At that ceremony, JHU's president conferred bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees and certificates on graduates from all nine of the university's schools.
