Ciccarone Center director
Roger Blumenthal presented personalized lacrosse sticks to event
honoree Levi Watkins Jr. and celebrity guest Harry Belafonte at
Heartfest 2000, which raised $80,000 for the Ciccarone Center,
named for the late Hopkins lacrosse coach Henry A.
Ciccarone. |

Belafonte warmed up with
Stevie V. and the Heart Attackers, above, a band comprised of
cardiologists, cardiac surgeons and other health care
professionals, and later in the evening sang two of his
