![]() On March 22, more than 400 men and women from the School of Medicine were honored at a reception celebrating their five-, 10- and 15-year anniversaries at Johns Hopkins. The group that gathered at the 23rd annual Staff Recognition Reception, held in the Turner Building, represented a total of 3,350 years of service to the university. Following remarks by Edward Miller, CEO of Johns Hopkins Medicine and dean of the School of Medicine, attendees were presented with awards: etched pewter keychains celebrating five years of service, etched crystal paperweights for 10 and, to recognize 15 years, cherry clocks with a jeweled Hopkins crest. Employees celebrating 20, 25, 30, 35 and more years will be invited to a dinner in May.
