![]() If you're using a computer connected to the Johns Hopkins network, you now have online access to The Chronicle of Higher Education, the academic world's top source of news and information. The Sheridan Libraries, which announced the arrangement on June 25, said that Johns Hopkins is one of only eight institutions participating in a one-year trial of a site license to The Chronicle. Faculty, staff and students have access to the entire Chronicle Web site http://chronicle.com. which includes daily updates as well as supplements that do not appear in the print edition. The complete contents of the newspaper, which is printed on Friday, are available on the Web the following Monday morning. In addition to the current issue, the site contains a fully searchable archive of more than 12 years of The Chronicle.
