The latter should describe how the individual meets the criteria for the award and include specific examples of how the nominee's efforts and accomplishments conveyed an appreciation for diversity, inclusion or multiculturalism and adds to Johns Hopkins' efforts to promote and advance a more supportive environment for all members of the Hopkins community.

Nominations should be submitted electronically to: or in writing to Diversity Recognition Awards, Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Programs, N-710 Wyman Building, 3400 N. Charles St., Baltimore, MD 21218. The deadline for all nominations is April 16.
