During BME Design Day activities in Hodson Hall, Taylor
Reese, a freshman majoring in
biomedical
engineering, demonstrates innovative chest closure
clasps developed by his design team to speed the recovery
of heart surgery patients. For this project, his team won
the top prize, the Linda Trinh Award. Last week's event
featured posters, demonstration and lectures showcasing
biomedical engineering projects produced by Johns Hopkins
