The Johns Hopkins Institutions Directory 1995-96
The Johns Hopkins Institutions faculty, medical staff and
senior administrative personnel directory for 1995-96 is
currently being prepared.
Each primary department is responsible for corrections,
additions and deletions to the directory for both individual
listings (in the back of the directory) and departmental listings
(in the front of the directory). Procedures are as follows:
INDIVIDUAL LISTINGS--
The directory data verification form replaces the form 300.
This form should be completed, signed and dated, and submitted as
individual changes occur. (Labels are issued from this file for
other important mailings throughout the year.) In order for the
information to be included in the 1995-96 directory, the data
verification forms must reach Gail Purnell by July 19. These
forms should be sent to the contact person in each division as
listed below:
