Hopkins Online

A guide to useful and
interesting sites on the
World Wide Web for
members of the Johns
Hopkins community.
With the recent launching of Theory & Event and the acquisition of Postmodern Culture, the university's Project Muse brings to 40 the number of online journals available at http://muse.jhu.edu/.

The project, a joint effort of the Hopkins University Press and the Eisenhower Library, specializes in the humanities and social sciences.

Launched in 1995, Project Muse is dedicated to worldwide networked access by subscription to the full text of the Press's scholarly journals. Currently, over 260 campuses and institutions have subscribed to the Project Muse database. Members of the Hopkins network may view the journals, ranging from the Yale Journal of Criticism to Modern Language Notes and the American Journal of Mathematics by accessing the site above.
