anyone interested in Johns Hopkins Medicine. Accessible at
http:/hopkins.med.jhu.edu, the site features easy-to-follow
paths to medical specialties, research news, business
opportunities and educational programs at the East Baltimore and
Bayview campuses. Prospective patients, for instance, can find information about locating a Hopkins physician, make an appointment request and find information about various medical specialties. There's a consultation and referral directory for health care professionals as well as departmental home pages and gateways to various medical services. The home page also features a search engine capable of scanning the entire site by text string or looking only through specified areas within the site.
