'Johns Hopkins Magazine' Ranked Among Top University Publications The Johns Hopkins Magazine has been ranked among the Top 10 university magazines in the nation in the annual competition sponsored by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education. In addition to the bronze medal Top 10 finish, the Hopkins Magazine garnered gold medals for staff writing, visual design in print, and best articles of the year for Elise Hancock's "The Boy Who Died Too Fast." Senior writer Dale Keiger earned a bronze in the best articles category for "The Dark World of Park Dietz." The Magazine also earned a silver medal for its September 1994 special issue on change. Sue De Pasquale is the Magazine's editor. In addition to senior editor Hancock and senior writer Keiger, the staff includes senior science writer Melissa Hendricks and art director Shaul Tsemach.
