It features answers to frequently asked questions about the RDA and recent reports such as the latest recommendations on daily calcium intake. To find links to a hodgepodge of nutritional resources including information on obesity, diet, McDonald's nutrition, and nutrition for kids, visit www.orst.edu/food-resource/nutri.html. Finally, lest we forget, nutrition isn't just about vitamins and minerals, it's about food. Yummy food, we hope. I found oodles of recipes on the Web, for everything from alligator to zucchini.
