Evergreen's Artist-in-Residence to Give Talk

In celebration of the Garrett family's tradition of hosting artists, Evergreen House will hold a reception for artist-in-residence Randy C. Bolton, a printmaker and digital artist from Philadelphia, on Thursday, July 19, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Evergreen House, the former Garrett family home at 4545 N. Charles St. in Baltimore.

Bolton will present a lecture about his work in the house's theater with a reception following in the Maroger Studio, formerly the painting studio of Alice Warder Garrett, located adjacent to Evergreen House on the grounds of Loyola College. Bolton is working there during his two- month residency.

Admission to the talk and reception is free. For more information, please refer to the July 6th news release for full explanation of Evergreen's new artist-in-residence program or call 410-516-0341.
