Promotions to Professor
The Johns Hopkins University

The following faculty members at The Johns Hopkins University have been promoted by the board of trustees to the rank of professor:

    * Maria T. Zuber, of the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences in the School of Arts and Sciences, effective July 1, 1995.

    * Annalingam Anandarajah, of the Department of Civil Engineering in the Whiting School of Engineering, effective July 1, 1995.

    * Baruch Awerbuch, of the Department of Computer Science in the Whiting School of Engineering, effective July 1, 1995.

    * Nicholas Jones, of the Department of Civil Engineering in the Whiting School of Engineering, effective July 1, 1995.

    * Adrian Barbul, of the Department of Surgery in the School of Medicine, effective June 1, 1995.

    * Jason Brandt, of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, effective June 1, 1995.
