JHU is pleased to announce a new partnership with Office Depot for the purchase of office supplies, accessories, and computer supplies.

Significant Cost Savings

The Johns Hopkins/Office Depot partnership provides faculty and staff with the most competitive pricing on office supplies, computer accessories, and copier paper.

As part of the partnership, Office Depot offers easy Internet ordering and fax & telephone ordering capabilities. Office Depot has over 16,000 items in stock for next day desktop delivery. Featured manufacturers include ACCO, Wilson Jones, Smead, Stanley, 3M, Avery, Saunders, and Globe-Weis along with the Office Depot brand. Office Depot also offers special firm, fixed pricing on the Top 250 items purchased by the University community. Pricing on all items will be held firm for three years, except for copier paper.

Orders, Delivery, Freight, and Return Policy

Contact Office Depot with your departmental PO number or use your JHU Procurement Card for orders under $2,500. Forward your Purchase Request for orders over $2,500 to Supply Chain Shared Services.

Office Depot provides next day delivery.

You may use your JHU Procurement Card at any Office Depot store. The receipt will reflect the correct pricing.
