Mid Phase of Fluorescein Angiogram

About two mintues after the injection, sodium fluorescein dye has filled all of the retinal vessels. During this phase of the angiogram the tiny vessels which surround the fovea can be clearly identified. The fovea, which appears as a central dark spot on the angiogram, is responsible for our reading vision.
