Frosty's Back In Town

Johns Hopkins Gazette Online Edition

Students on the Homewood campus needed little coaxing last Thursday to run outside and celebrate the area's first snowfall. In between the requisite snowball skirmishes, students also unleashed their creative juices by populating the scenery with several snowmen, and snowwomen. The industrious scholars used trash cans, barrels and a dash of teamwork to create giant-sized sculptures decorated with whatever material they could find, including pine-needle hair, newspaper bow ties and the ever-fashionable U.S. Post Office Express Mail hats.
