Effective July 1, 1998, Presidents' Day was eliminated as a regular holiday and replaced with a floating holiday for eligible employees, except bargaining unit employees.
*Commencement Day is observed by Homewood departments and SAIS and all bargaining unit employees eligible for holidays; other employees eligible for holiday leave receive a floating holiday. Refer to the Personnel Policy Manual, Section 12 for eligibility for floating holidays.
Holidays for bargaining unit employees appear in the Agreement between the University and Local 1231.
