2008 Electronic W-2 Forms
Members of the Johns Hopkins community can register to
receive
2008 W-2 forms electronically. There are several advantages
to receiving the forms this way. The W-2 will be available
sooner than a printed copy; when the W-2 is available, a
notification will be sent to the e-mail address you provide
at the time you register; the W-2 can be printed from the
Web and/or
saved as a PDF file on a home computer; the form can be
imported directly into tax software such as
TurboTax; and a copy of the W-2 can be reprinted during the
year, free of charge. No action is
required if you registered last year to receive your W-2
electronically.
To register (or if your e-mail address has changed
since last year, or to check the e-mail
address used last year), go to:
www.controller.jhu.edu/depts/tax/elec_w2.htm.
