WorkLife Programs to Host June 4 Experts-Led Safety Symposium

In recognition of June being National Safety Month, WorkLife Programs will be hosting Meet the Experts: Safety Symposium from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, on Turner Concourse, East Baltimore campus.

The topics are "West Nile Virus in Maryland: An Overview and Update"; "Pandemic Influenza: What You Should Know Now; "Don't Be A Victim: Tips for Protecting You and Your Family Against Crime"; "Safety on the Internet: From PayPal to MySpace"; "Protect Your Identity: When Bad Things Happen to Your Good Name"; and "Personal Preparedness: Are You Ready?"

Each speaker will talk for 30 minutes and then be available for discussion. Times and speaker biographies are available at www.hopkinsworklife.org. Speakers will visit again over the next several months to offer a longer workshop on each topic.
