Hopkins Picnic

Homewood

The annual Hopkins picnic will be held Thursday, June 26, rain or shine, from 5 to 8:30 p.m. on the Garland Hall field on the Homewood campus.

Faculty, staff, students, retirees, families and friends are invited to attend the festivities that include food, beverages, dancing, music and games, and a kiddie corral with balloons, face painting, a Hopkins barnyard and other supervised children's activities in a fenced play area. (Supervised activities for children will end at 7:30 p.m.) There will be a special appearance by the Hopkins Blue Jay. Be sure to bring lawn chairs, blankets and a camera.

Tickets are $6 for adults in advance ($8 at the gate), $3 for children 3 to 12 years old ($4 at the gate) and free for children 2 years old and under. Register in advance since a limited number of tickets will be available at the gate. There will be free and ample parking on R lot.
