     This week on The Marc Steiner Show:

ù    Tuesday, March 14: How can the quality of city life be
improved? Guests include Larry Agran, former mayor of Irvine,
Calif.; Ken Strong, director of the Baltimore City Solid Waste
Department; and Maryland state delegate Salima Marriott.

ù    Wednesday, March 15: A debate on tort reform. Three measures
passed by the House and awaiting approval by the Senate would
significantly alter citizens' access to the courts. Guests
include Sherman Joyce of the American Tort Reform Association,
and a member of a public interest group critical of the
legislation.

ù    Thursday, March 16: A debate on the crime bill and the Bill
of Rights, part of a continuing series on the Bill of Rights. How
will the crime bill, with its relaxation of search and seizure
laws, affect the Fourth Amendment and other parts of the Bill of
Rights? Guests include Eric Sterling, director of the Criminal
Justice Policy Foundation, and a Republican member of Congress.
