A headline in last week's issue of The Gazette
suggested that Hopkins was establishing an HMO for AIDS patients.
In fact, they have established an AIDS care capitation program
for patients covered by Medicaid, and those patients will be
referred to the program from several HMOs and managed care
organizations.
