Together they represent 2,655 years of service to the university, and for that, 318 guests from the School of Medicine were honored at a reception March 23 in the Turner Building.
Following remarks by Edward Miller, CEO of Johns Hopkins Medicine and dean of the medical faculty, attendees were presented with awards in honor of their five-year anniversaries. Pewter key rings were given to 148 staff celebrating 5 years of service, crystal paperweights to 127 staff with 10 years and Regency clocks to 43 staff with 15 years. Staff members with 20, 25, 30, 35 and more years will be invited to a dinner.
