In Baseball" on Monday; the Baltimore City comptroller s debate

"The Lisa Simeone Show," a one-hour interview program,
premieres at 10 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 10, with guest Carl
Hiaasen, a best-selling author and controversial "Miami Herald"

tasteless tourists, escaped convicts and greedy developers.

On Sundays from 4 to 5 p.m., WJHU will broadcast the new
National Public Radio series, Jewish Short Stories from Eastern
Europe and Beyond.

The 13-part series, hosted by Leonard Nimoy, features
stories by modern Jewish writers read by leading stage and screen
actors, such as Alan Alda, Lauren Bacall, Walter Matthau, Julie
Kavner, Rhea Perlman and Jerry Stiller. Each program includes an
introduction highlighting the story's central themes.
