Security Alert

     At 12:10 p.m. on Oct. 26, two assailants approached a
visiting consultant walking west in the 100 block of East 28th
Street. One of the men pointed a handgun at the consultant,
demanding his money and taking his wallet. They fled east on 28th
Street, and the victim was not injured.

     At 1:40 a.m. on Oct. 28, a student, accompanied by two other
students, was confronted at gunpoint by two males who demanded
the student's property and searched his pockets. One of the
assailants was arrested at 32nd Street and Abell Avenue by two
Hopkins security officers on patrol in Charles Village. The other
assailant fled north from East 31st Street through the alley
between Guilford and Abell avenues. No property was taken, and
the students were not injured.

     At 10:45 p.m. on Oct. 29, three men approached three Loyola
College students walking north in the 3100 block of North Calvert
Street. One of the men pointed a handgun while the other two took
cash and credit cards from the students and then fled east on
31st Street.
