Judges

ABOUT OUR JUDGES

The Johns Hopkins University Business Plan Competition is intended to simulate the real-world process of entrepreneurs soliciting start-up funds from early-stage investors and venture capitalists. The quality of the business concept, strength of the management team, and the clarity and persuasiveness of the written plan and oral presentation, all influence the judges’ decisions.    The judges that participate in the annual Johns Hopkins University Business Plan Competition are alum, industry leaders, venture capitalists and entrepreneurs.

Judges are recruited by the competition organizers and development staff of Johns Hopkins University. However, if you are interested in becoming a judge, please complete the registration form. Once the competition organizers have had the opportunity to review your materials, they will contact you to confirm your participation in the competition.New Judge Registration Form
