Hiking and Biking in Parks
I am a fan of nature, and I love exploring various trails, parks and every green piece of land preferably next to a body of water. Where we live, there are so many parks in and around the city (Baltimore, MD) in a reasonable driving distance waiting to be explored. Almost everyday of spring and summer, we (my 7 year-old and myself) hiked in various trails such as Lake Roland, Oregon Ridge Park, Loch Raven and many others. Baltimore park rangers are the best - they know a lot about the nature and share a lot. For instance recently Lake Roland rangers showed us Orioles - beautiful orange birds that the Baseball club of Baltimore is named after them.
