Nicholas Speeney successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis “Gravitational wave probes of dark matter environments and exotic compact objects” on Friday, June 5. Nick won the Clinton Maury Kilby Teaching Award. He will move to the University of Virginia with an Interdisciplinary Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Fall. Congratulations, Nick!
