Academic year comes to a close with conferring of more than 6,700 degrees

President Daniels announcs search for next provost
Yesterday, Provost Kristina Johnson was formally confirmed as undersecretary of energy. With the Senate confirmation for Dr. Johnson complete, Dr. Scott Zeger moves from acting to interim provost and will remain interim provost until the next provost is announced.

Kristina Johnson honored
In tribute to her service as Johns Hopkins' 12th provost, Kristina Johnson is presented with a specially made decoupage box adorned with images of a young Johns Hopkins and, on the exterior, the stained glass window in Gilman Hall that bears the university seal.
